Prior to joining John L Scott in 2005, Josh held a variety of sales and marketing positions at Coca Cola, Universal Music Distribution, Fader Magazine and Cornerstone Marketing Group. Josh studied Music Marketing at the University of Washington, was a Founding Officer of the UW Tutoring Club teaching at John Marshall Alternative School and is an active community volunteer. When not learning all he can about urban real estate, Josh spends his time writing and performing music, photography, rock climbing, biking, and cross country skiing.
